				Street art in O Pedrouzo
A quiet night and a relaxed morning. We left the albergue at 6:15 after breakfast, no head torch needed this time as the sky was already lightening under clear conditions. The trail was peaceful at first, with only a few others around, but as we passed more albergues the number of pilgrims gradually increased.
We walked for a couple of hours before deciding to stop for coffee. By then, we’d already covered just over half of today’s 20km. One coffee and a napolitana de chocolate later, we were back on the Camino, now just 30km from Santiago. The distance is shrinking fast - it’s strange and a bit sad to realise we’re almost at the end.

Now only 20km to go!
We overtook more pilgrims on the final stretch and reached O Pedrouzo about an hour before the albergue opened. With time to spare, we headed to the supermarket for something to eat and drink, and then waited on the albergue doorstep for the doors to open.
Once in, we showered, washed our clothes, and Gaby put hers out to dry on a small clothes horse - only to turn around and see me putting mine on huge washing line just behind her. My clothes are dry ... she is still waiting.

Our bed for the night
Then came our usual afternoon pilgrimage: a trip back to the supermarket, this time to buy steak and potatoes, having already scoped out the kitchen and confirmed the presence of frying pans.
