An early start to avoid the mid day heat, we headed out to a temple we missed after cutting our bike ride short yesterday. After visiting the temple the temperatures started to rise so we headed off to the markets.

We have been having difficulty finding wheat free products in Laos and are disappointed by all the delicious looking wheat containing foods we have have not been able to eat. This town doesn't actually have a supermarket so we spent the morning trawling the markets looking for alternatives.

The afternoon was again spent on trip admin.
