Day 60 - New Year

New Year's Day. The only thing we had planned today was a visit to the Taman Agroteknologi Mardi, it was a cross between a garden centre and research center. Gaby was excited for the tea and scones, but being the last day of the school holidays in Malaysia, the tea shops within the complex were all closed.

We did however manage to advance on the reservation fronts with flights, a ferry and two hotels booked. We now have definitive plans until Ko Lipe in Thailand.
